Billings - Book three - June 15, 2020

When the disgraced former Mayor, Marty Ford, negotiates an early release for his son, Gabe, the town of Black Paw is outraged. River sees the injustice of Gabe’s reduced sentence as a chance to prove himself worthy of the office he serves. When Mariah O’Rourke comes to town trying to reopen the case of her sister’s death, River is faced with the decision of following the rules of Wolfen law or seeking vigilante justice with a woman who consumes his thoughts.
